Every gas model on our floor runs the same core system: heavy-duty cooking grids in cast iron or solid stainless, the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, and Dual-Tube burners. Move up the line and the grids get thicker, the burners multiply, and the cooking space grows from 635 square inches on the Signet to 805 on the Baron S 540 Pro.
The Regal Pellet smoker-grills bring the same build to pellet cooking: 2 mm steel construction, a 22-lb hopper, WiFi and Bluetooth digital control, two meat probes, and a rotisserie kit.
