Material lists built from your plans.
Bring your blueprints, drawings, or renovation plans to any of our three locations. The Pro Desk will have your list ready, typically within the same week.
Takeoffs cover the products we stock.
That includes the categories most residential and light-commercial builders need.
Have a project with mixed scope? Talk to the Pro Desk team at your nearest location and they'll confirm what falls within the takeoff service.

Bring Your Plans
Any format works: architectural drawings, hand sketches, or digital plans. Cobourg, Gilmer's (Port Hope), and Brighton all handle takeoffs. No appointment required, though calling ahead helps.
We Review the Scope
The Pro Desk team reviews your plans and confirms what the takeoff will include and when it'll be ready. For most residential projects that's the same week. Complex or large-scale plans may take a little longer.
Get Your Material List
You'll receive a complete, itemized list tied to the products we carry. From there, your Pro Account pricing applies automatically when you order. Ask about locking in your project price for 30 days.
